Please note that our policy is to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Due to the large range of products we offer we may need to source items from our suppliers to fulfill your order. If we can not dispatch your order within 3 business days we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
We use couriers or express post for rapid door to door delivery and accurate product tracking.
Express Post will deliver to you address or post box
Our couriers use the following delivery process:
they will attempt to deliver the goods to your address and obtain a signature for proof of delivery;
if you are not there and have provided instructions to leave, they will leave as per your instructions;
if you are not there and have NOT provided instructions to leave, the courier will leave a note requesting your contact them to organise a suitable time for a 2nd visit;
if you are unable to organise a time or they are unable to deliver on their second visit they will inform you that you will need to collect the package from their depot.
If you are rurally located, our courier may contact you to organise a location where they can meet you or securely leave the package. If you are remotely located then it may take longer than our quoted transit time. In special cases we will deliver to post boxes for remote customers where courier delivery is not possible.
We have complete confidence in our courier company, but if they do not perform to your satisfaction then please contact us with details of the problem
Warranty and Returns Policy
We only sell quality products that are covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty – typically 12 months to 3 years. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or not up to the quality you expect, please contact us with details of the problem and your contact details. Our staff will contact you to discuss the problem. Where necessary we will request that the item be returned to us. If the item is determined to be faulty, we will send a replacement at our cost, or provide a refund.
We will replace an item or provide a refund if:
you receive an item that is faulty;
you receive an item that has been damaged in transit; or
an item fails during its warranty period.
We will NOT replace an item or provide a refund if you damaged an item after you received it.
Note that some items can be easily damaged with improper handling. Please ensure that you are using correct procedures when installing or using these items.
